fyi.

for those of you who have wondered how my cleanse is going...since my last debacle... i'm 10 days in, 4 more to go. its pretty much full on now.

yo jeffey...its not the masters "nasty" cleanse...just some pill form through nature's sunshine. remember when you and kelly did the masters cleanse? god times.
